Shayne brings over 25 years of business and people leadership experience to her role as Chief People Officer. She’s dedicated her career to helping transform organizations into high-performing environments where both people and business thrive. Prior to joining Wind River Environmental, Shayne most recently served as CHRO for HEPACO LLC. She’s previously held both domestic and global leadership positions including Head of Human Resources – North America for Nokian Tyres, Vice President of Human Resources for Caesarstone US, and Head of Global HR Technology Services at Continental AG.

Shayne holds a BA in Business Management with a minor in Computer Science from Belmont Abbey College.
