Marlborough, MA and Jacksonville, FL – August 14, 2020
Wind River Environmental (“Wind River Environmental”), the nation’s leading provider of non-hazardous liquid waste solutions, announced today that it has acquired Tillman Septic Pumping, Inc. (“Tillman”) in Jacksonville, Florida.
Tillman is a family-run business focused on pumping and servicing residential septic systems throughout the greater Jacksonville market. Owner Kathi Tillman commented, “We feel confident Wind River Environmental will maintain our high level of personal service, while also providing our customers with the many benefits of a company of their size.” Terry Tillman II, President, added, “This is a great outcome for our family, our employees, and most importantly, our customers, who will benefit from Wind River Environmental’s technology, expertise, and wide range of plumbing and related services.”
This transaction follows closely on the heels of Wind River Environmental’s acquisition of Accurate Utility Services last month. Wind River Environmental originally entered the Jacksonville market in 2017 through its acquisition of Metro-Rooter and continues to look for additional ways to invest in and support the Jacksonville community.
David Parry, CEO of Wind River Environmental, said, “We want to extend a warm welcome the Tillman team. This acquisition further demonstrates our continued investment in the northeast Florida market.” He continued, “We remain committed to offering our customers a full suite of pumping, plumbing, high-pressure vacuum and related services throughout the Jacksonville community.”
