Wind River Environmental, LLC Acquires Waste Water Services Inc.

Marlborough, MA and Bridgewater, MA – 4/27/2023 – Wind River Environmental, LLC (“Wind River Environmental”), the nation’s premier provider of non-hazardous liquid waste solutions, announced today they have acquired the division of Waste Water Services Incorporated (“WWSI”) providing commercial and residential septic pumping, grease pumping, liquid waste hauling, and related services in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and New Hampshire, headquartered in Bridgewater, MA.

The news of Wind River Environmental's acquisition of WWSI has brought forth immense excitement among industry professionals and supporters. It is important to note that Jim Baird, the owner of WWSI, has decided to join his company and all of his brands with the Wind River Environmental family because he is at a stage in his life where he wants to focus on supporting his family in other business opportunities and continue his work with business of providing brokerage for non-hazardous liquid waste hauling, transportation, and disposal services for municipal and industrial customers through WWSI which he will retain. This decision demonstrates his unwavering dedication to his personal and professional goals and aspirations while ensuring the merger will continue the highest level of service for his entire customer base.
