Cured in Place Pipe Lining Services
CIPP lining, or cured in place pipe lining, is a method of pipe restoration used in existing pipe repair. This process is done to preserve current pipes that have been damaged by leaks, cracks, intruding roots, and rust. It increases the lifespan of a pipe system while also possibly preserving building structures and causing little to no damage to property.
Commercial Cured In Place Pipe Repair - CIPP
Commercial and Industrial Cured in place pipe lining repair services. The trenchless pipe lining or sewer pipe lining is a preferred method used to rehabilitate damaged pipelines. The CIPP trenchless pipe liner technology is versatile and can be used for various pipeline systems, including cast iron pipes, abs, PVC, HDPE, clay, Orangeburg, metal and/or concrete pipes. Cloud 9 Services, LLC is a leader in the Florida area providing its customers with cured in place pipe repair “CIPP”.
The cured in place pipe liners are made of tubular layers. They are non-woven felt with an exterior polyurethane coat. A CIPP wet out is when the resign mixture is saturated into the felt. The felt then acts as resin carrier adding flexibility to the liner.
Once the wet out is completed, the CIPP is moved to the installation site. When the cured in place pipe liner has arrived, it is positioned into the host pipe. Then, the cured in place pipe liner is fully inflated by water or air pressure. Once completed, the tube cures in place.
Perhaps the strongest aspect that Cloud 9 Services, LLC brings to its customers is the diversity in pipeline rehabilitation. While Cloud 9 Services, LLC does focus on cured in place pipe-line repairs, we are committed to a full system renewal. Cured In Place Pipe Lining Process
For more than 10 years, Cloud 9 Services has been a leading company and expert underground utility contractors. Our team specializes in utility construction, repairs, and maintenance. Over the years, we have developed and expanded our services. One of those services is cured in place pipe repair also known as CIPP or trenchless pipe lining and repair.
CIPP is the latest and most popular technology used to repair pipes. This process is used to fix deteriorated pipes using minimal disorder to the environment.
Commercial Cured in place pipe lining is one of the most efficient ways to get the job done. The CIPP restoration process involves a trenchless technology. Cured in place pipe lining does not need excavation in order to rehabilitate a damage or broken pipeline. Many times the liner can be inserted through an existing access point or manhole.
Recently, Cloud 9 Services teamed up with Picote Solutions and Perma Liner for a cured in place pipe repair at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, also known as NASA.
Our work with NASA consisted of lining a 40 year old pipe that was 8” x 150.

What does the process of CIPP look like?
When our team is on site of a CIPP we inspect the pipe using our video pipe inspection technology. Once we determine the location of the damage, the liner is inverted using water or air pressure.
Next, an epoxy resin felt tube is placed into the damaged pipe from an access point, whether through a manhole or excavation. The liner is then pressurized and shot into the pipe system. Then, we inspect the pipe system once again to make sure the liner is placed properly. We then place pressure for the resin to harden and form a tight fitting and jointless new pipe. The Picote Coating System is quite simple. It is attached to a coating pipe and the solid epoxy resin cartridges begin to pump. This forms what we call a “pipe inside of a pipe”. The new pipe is much stronger and durable.
