The Invoice List page provides a list of invoice information and allows you to view and download the list and the actual invoices. If you navigate from a pie slice on the Payable Widget, the Invoice List will show the Slice Label and filter the list to only those invoices.
The “Learn About This” icon links to the associated training.
The Three Dots icon provides the ability to filter the Invoice List to a specific jobsite, to change the date range of the Invoice List being displayed and to Download/View the selected Invoices. You can also export the Invoice List to a file you can find in the Download Folder in File Manager. It will be named:
You can click on the jobsite for a pop up to select a specific jobsite to display its Invoice List.
You can click on the date for a pop up to set the start and end date range for the desired Invoice List to display.
You are able to filter the list by the actual Service Date or by the date it was Invoiced. You can also filter the list to All, Paid or Unpaid Invoices.
You can select individual job documents, or you can use the Select All checkbox to select all available documents. If there are no documents, the checkbox on that row will be greyed out. We currently allow 10 documents to be downloaded at a time.
Once the desired documents are selected, use the Three Dots Download/View menu item.
You can select the Work Order, Customer Copy and/or the Disposal Slip.
You can select to either View these associated documents on screen or Download the documents to a PDF.
Once selected, you can either view these associated documents on screen using the View Icon or download to a PDF using the Download Icon.
The Search Field allows a general search of any text. Searching for MA will bring back jobsites in Massachusetts, but also jobsites on Main Street.
