    On more than one occasion we have called upon the professional team at B&P Environmental and they have answered! Besides the knowledge they have when it comes to septic systems what impresses me the most is their honesty! Sando and Tim were able to respond to an emergent situation at our home and assess the situation and provide and easily understood course of action without confusing jargon. They performed only the necessary operations instead of up charging or up selling procedures that were unnecessary. They have earned our respect and our business!     We had made an emergency call on a holiday weekend to Felix and within two hours of our call, we had our problem solved thanks to Scott! Our previous company told us we would have to wait 3 days and not use any wastewater. We are so thankful to have Felix have the availability to help us so we could shower, poop, and do laundry and not have to rough it!

    I'm new to NH. Needed an emergency call for service. I spent all day making calls and leaving VMs because most did not answer their phones. Nobody could come out because they were too busy. Felix answered their phones and was able to send someone out in about 4 hours. Best of all, they fixed the problem! Both the receptionist and the driver who showed up were pleasant and professional. The rates were fair & reasonable. I highly recommend them and will use them as my regular service company.

    Excellent, prompt service. Everyone was cordial. The service person could not pump my septic the first time he came because the cap hook had disintegrated. They sent someone the next day to replace the hook and came back promptly to complete the service. Highly recommend.

    Ryan worked with me and I felt comfortable with his expertise right from the start. The crew showed up on time and were professional and courteous. They replaced my septic tank and I could not be more pleased. What a great job! The equipment operator was amazing and the lawn is beautiful. Wow! They cleaned things up and made the yard look better than when they arrived.

    We were told our septic was failing by another company that did not do a thorough job. Called Felix for a second opinion. Ryan was nothing but professional. Ryan discovered that the plans we had operational approval for did not reflect what was installed because his inspection was beyond thorough. He not only informed us but guided us and spoke to the department of environmental services with us. He spent way more time than planned helping us. He has also maintained contact while everything is being looked into. If you need an inspection we recommend Ryan with confidence. He has been given rave reviews from all parties involved.
