    What an amazing company! We had a septic system backup in our basement, and everyone we dealt with from Matt on the phone to DG on our property was responsive, competent, skilled, and even kind. They understood how stressful this was for us and made sure we understood what was happening and what needed to be done. They not only solved the problem but helped us clean up after it. And this was on a Saturday afternoon! If all businesses were this wonderful, the world would be a much better place.

    We used Franc Environmental for our septic system inspection when we first bought our house several years ago and have used them since to pump out our tank. Being first-time owners of a septic system, my wife and I especially appreciated the time they took to educate us on our system, explain how it all works, and advise us on the best ways to maintain it. We appreciated them not being pushy and trying to sell unnecessary services and their honest advice.

    When our septic system alarm went off, I called Franc Environmental and they were out within an hour on a Saturday. Tom was very professional and took great care around our property. He pumped our tanks and left our property in perfect condition. Steve and Gary came out to service our pump on Monday morning. They too were top notch professionals and were able to do repairs without replacing pump. I never write reviews, but found this team to be so knowledgeable and professional that I felt compelled to write this.

    We had Franc come out for a septic inspection. To begin with, Caitlin was the first person we came into contact with. Caitlin is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, passionate, friendly and prompt! I had no idea about septic before speaking with Caitlin and I left the call feeling I had a better understanding of the process and how the inspection would go. The inspection came and we had Sam and Mike come out to the site. Mike and Sam were very friendly, tidy and professional. Sam explained every step of the way what was happening. We ran into a snag with the inspection and require further information, but Sam explained next steps and all the details we needed to know! Sam even went out of his way to explain to each person what was happening if they were not present for the first explanation. When we had to plan for further inspection, Caitlin was there again to help us in such a quick and professional manner. I look forward to working with Franc Environmental on our next steps. Thank you for having such an awesome team. Caitlin and Sam have been true standouts and I trust the next time we meet, whoever we encounter will continue to go above and beyond.

    I just wanted to share my positive experience with Franc Environmental Inc. Being a new homeowner, I am a little inexperienced with the sewer/septic system. Tom came out in the morning to take a look and carefully explained my problem and how to go about fixing the issue. His associate, Tony, came out after lunch and explained what he would be doing and quickly resolved the issue. Tom and Tony were both fantastic. The pricing is fair and they both gave me a phone call each time they were en route to my house. Highly recommend this company. Thank you again Tom and Tony, much appreciated!

    Thought it important to acknowledge the personnel that were sent out to service our septic tanks today. Tom arrived on schedule but was concerned about being able to stay on the very curvy driveway and took the initiative to call for a smaller truck. Justin arrived a couple hours later and couldn’t have been more courteous and professional. Franc is fortunate to have these men on their team.

    Called today for septic clean-out service. Thought I was calling the company I used to use, but had been bought out by Franc. No need to go into details, but service was within an hour, a lot of digging had to be accomplished and a riser put in. Costs were reasonable and the technician Gary did it with smiles and no complaints when his boss said to go ahead and do it “the right way” as opposed to a much faster but not as comprehensive way that it had been done in the past. Everyone who showed up in other trucks to help were also very pleasant. I highly recommend Franc Environmental and kudos to Gary and his boss for their ethics. Thank you!

    Needed septic tank to be pumped at my parents house. Called them and they set up a time that worked with my schedule easily. They sent David out to do the pumping. He was knowledgeable and caught me up to speed where all my parents stuff was for the septic tank. He was a pleasure to deal with and made the job really easy. I will use these guys and let everyone know to use these guys for all septic tank needs. A real pleasure thank you David.
