Addressing Unique Sewer Repair Challenges

Every pipe problem is unique, and repair needs can vary greatly depending on the situation. That’s why Eastern Pipe Service, A Wind River Company offers a range of trenchless pipe repair services, allowing us to select and implement the best solution for your specific situation. Whether it’s a residential area in Greenwich or the Granite State, a municipal facility on the North Shore, or an industrial complex just south of the NEK, our team is equipped to handle any sewer or pipe repair challenge with precision and care.

The pipe repair services we offer are:

CIPP lining

Cure In Place Pipelining (CIPP) involves inserting an epoxy impregnated flexible liner inside the host pipe, inflating the liner, and exposing it to heat to dry and harden the liner inside the pipe. The liner seals any pipe damage that was there originally and the size of the pipe will minimally reduce the width as the liner is very thin and conforms to the shape of the pipe. CIPP can last up to 50 years with the same amount of usage. The repair time is usually 8-12 hours with minimal disruption to plant operations, building activities or municipal traffic patterns.

Sectional Point Repair

The sectional point repair method utilizes the same requirements as with CIPP lining just on a smaller scale. This method is utilized for pipeline structures where the damage is only in small sections of the pipe. The repairs will take place in these certain sections and will use the same techniques as discussed with CIPP lining, lasting a similar amount of time, and reduce repair time to usually 2-4 hours.
