The Septic manager (Jarod) personally called me and assured me he would take care of me. He sent out a septic expert and he advise the problem was plumbing.

I had a bad water issue on Memorial weekend. My “former” plumber would not return my call, another plumber was too busy and Brownie’s, A Wind River Company came to the rescue. The Septic manager (Jarod) personally called me and assured me he would take care of me. He sent out a septic expert and he advise the problem was plumbing. Within 15 minutes two plumber arrived and fixed my problem. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and helpful!! I think Jarod must work 20 hour days. Thank you Brownie’s Plumbing, I am a customer for life!!

Great service from start to finish.

We called Brownie's when we had a backup in our main drain of our dough production facility. Water was star Jim from Sales was our first point of contact. He came out to the facility the same day to evaluate the situation and gave his suggestions on what service was needed. The next day Kyle and Jose cleaned all the drain lines and grease trap, explaining in detail the jobs they were performing. The facility is back up and running now. Everyone involved was very professional and did a great job. Highly recommend this company!

I am so pleased to finally have a company I can rely on. I recently hired Brownie's, A Wind River Company to service my septic tank and was immediately impressed by how knowledgeable and friendly the technicians were. I could tell I was in good hands and sure enough they found the cause of the blockage rather quickly. Many thanks to the technicians for impeccable service and a job well done! Kudos and hearty thanks for crew working from good in the rain and office staff wanting to leave no unsatisfied customers.

Had a real gnarly kitchen backup problem. Had it before and it came back. Had it snaked and was not fully successful but discovered septic was full. Had them pump septic but kitchen still backed up. Called back and friendly staff talked me down and resolved to send another crew to understand and then finally fix the real issue. They even brought the water jet system but they said it would blow up my under slab pipes so resolved to try a more robust snake. Voila!! It worked!! Kitchen ran clear to empty septic tank. Kudos and hearty thanks for crew working from good in the rain and office staff wanting to leave no unsatisfied customers. Thanks!!!

The people in the call center are also just as courteous and helpful as the field technicians.

Mike was friendly and knew his way around the hot water heater and had it up and running in no time.

My hot water heater would not light and none of the local plumbing companies could come out until the next day - Brownies sent a tuck from Orlando at a competitive price within a couple of hours.
