    I needed my septic tank drained and I was referred to A-1Gator. Everyone I talked to was very professional. My technicians name was Tim and he did an outstanding job!! He ensured my tank was clean and gave me some valuable tips. I would recommend anyone who wants their tank emptied right to go with A-1 Gator.

    My first time dealing with septic issues and OMG what a great company! Jenna was the sweetest and most kind person when I called helping to get me scheduled as soon as she could. Orlando came to do the work and he was AMAZING. Very professional and kind and answered all of my questions. No way I’ll ever use or recommend another company. Such a great experience!! You just don’t find exceptional service like this anymore.

    Not cheap (but then nothing is cheap in this town), but they get the job done. A week ago they drained the septic and the second pit ($more than $500), and then they came ack to fix the floater and install a new pump (more than $1,200 to do that). But, again, they did the job. The person who came was very kind and knowledgeable.

    This is the second time they have provided septic services; in addition to being knowledgeable, fast, and efficient, they are always sure to engage me in some discussion about the septic system and keeping up with same. Chris did a particularly great job. They are the only company I will use for my septic at present!

    We called A-1 Gator Septic to come and pump our septic. We had Tim come out to perform the service. He was very professional when he came to perform the service. He explained the process and thoroughly answered all my questions. He respected my home and gave recommendations on what I should do moving forward to keep our septic system operating as it should.     Tim came out for an emergency call for septic tank needed to be pumped out and was early the next the morning. Tim did an amazing job and explained everything to me the whole process and what he was doing and why. Tim also pointed out things that could be improved to help and tips to use to help maintain a health septic system. Tim was very knowledgeable and informative. Tim did an outstanding job and was very professional. I would recommend A1Gator and ask for Tim.

    Tim showed up promptly, first thing in the morning, to pump my septic tank. He answered all my questions regarding what he was doing and even answered some questions I didn’t know I had.
