    Had a Friday night Septic tank backup, at my rental property. Called Cookes 11pm Friday nite. Cookes 24/7 answering service is in USA and one of the best, most efficient, most knowledgeable, I've ever encountered. In a few minutes, a pump out truck and time was scheduled for 10 am Saturday morning.. Next morning when I got to my property Dillon (Cookes very capable, septic specialist) was already there. In a few hours he had the septic pumped out and the lines flushed and everything working perfectly again. The Pump out price and line flush were very reasonable. Thanks to Dillon, and the Cookes crew. I'm now a dedicated Cookes customer.

    We called Cooke's when we had a bathroom leak and weren't sure if it was a plumbing or septic issue, as their technicians are experienced in both. Brenda, who helped on the phone was great and sent Anthony out right away. HE WAS TERRIFIC! Great attitude, knowledgeable, went right to the source of the problem, explained our options, and ensured us we'd be up and running before he left. He called Kevin who came out with the septic truck and the two of them fixed our problem quickly, professionally, and both had such great dispositions. We tried to tip Anthony, who refused it, knowing we had an expensive repair that day. They made a stressful situation so much easier and I will definitely use Cooke's for any future plumbing & septic service.

    We have had a couple of water heater emergencies over the years, and they have always been a HUGE help! They sent knowledgeable tech who did a thorough and FAST job so the after-hour expense wasn't unbearable.

    I called on a Saturday morning and was able to get a 1:00 PM appointment. Cooke's office called 30 minutes before appointment and advised the tech would be there at 1:00 PM. The service tech Nick arrived on time, listened to my issue, and went right to work. Nick was very personable and new what the likely cause of the problem was. Nick had the problem resolved in no time. Nick is a great representative for the company, and is one of the reasons I will recommend Cooke's.

    Michael was totally professional and went right to the problem with a solution. All of my issues were taken care of in a prompt manner. Michael took the time to explain each task that was done and why this will will resolve the problem. Everything is working well now and I highly recommend Cookes and Michael especially. Thank you, Michael.

    I am writing a second review because I want to thank Brian who assisted Michael with the tank truck and Brian's name did not show up to give him a direct review. Once Michael did a great job of assessing the issues he called Brian to bring the tank truck. Brian arrived quickly and went right to work. Brian coordinated with Michael for the tasks needed. Everything went quickly and professionally. Once finished, Brian cleaned and made everything good. The problem was solved and I was very pleased with the work done. Additionally, both Michael and Brian worked through the rain and I really appreciated that they did, thank you.

    Fast response time, actually came a day early. Andrew is professional and knowledgeable. He showed up and was able to answer my hundreds of questions and repair all my indoor plumbing issues. He then called for the Septic truck to come and pump/wash my septic. Kevin showed up with the truck and was very professional and made quick work of the pump out. Good guys. Would recommend and will use again!

    Michael Conway and technician in training Robby were fantastic. They arrived on time, were very professional, and patiently answered our questions. They took the time to explain things thoroughly and gave us options for service/repair. As the job progressed, and the scope of the repair increased, they worked with us every step of the way. I would definitely use Cooke's service again and would recommend them to my friends.

    Will conducted a septic inspection for me and I couldn’t be happier with the service and integrity. He was very straight forward before I spent a dime on the inspection letting me know what potential outcomes there could be (good and bad). He went well out of his way and his obligations as an inspector to help, guide, and accommodate me in the process going above and beyond what was asked for. The pricing was very reasonable considering the amount of work involved and I’m beyond grateful. Thank you, Will! 5 STARs! would recommend and will continue to do do business with this company.
